Under the score boxes there is a Match didn’t finish? line. Press it, then say what happened.
No score to type. Say who it was Won by: they get the win, and the other side scores the same as a match nobody played.
Your level: moves nothing.
Enter the sets as they stood, including the one it stopped in, then say who it was won by. They get the win. The other side keeps the bonus if they won a set, because they did win it.
Your level: a win to whoever took it, and the games played until then are not counted.
Nobody to name. Enter the games as they stood, including the one you were in the middle of. Both sides score the same, from your points table. Nobody wins a half-played set.

All three show in Results as walkover, retired and unfinished. On the results grid a match that ran out is grey rather than green or red, and the table grows a D column in a box that has one.
Played the rest after all? Open the same match, press It finished: enter the score and type the whole score, games already played included. It replaces the unfinished one.
When there has to be a winner
Record it as retired, or play the rest.
A group-stage match can run out of time, because a group is played like a box. A club-night round has no Match didn’t finish? at all.
If the two of you cannot agree
- RejectYour opponent says the score is wrong. It comes off, and whoever runs the box is told.
- A ? on the gridUntil somebody enters a score. If it happens twice on one match, it goes to the top of the club’s list.
- SettledEither of you enters the right score. Or whoever runs the box enters it, or presses Nothing to enter if you have agreed not to play it.
Nobody is in trouble. Most of these are a mistyped set, sorted in one message.
