Everybody who helps run the club is invited from Club, then Roles. A player gets their box’s player link instead, and the two work differently on purpose.

A player link is posted in a group chat, and it can only play. A sign-in that can change your club comes from a code sent to that person’s own address.
Why it is never a link that signs them in
A staff sign-in can build a season, move people between boxes, read the register, and in some cases see the money. Links get forwarded. So the invitation only says what job you are being offered, and asks them to confirm their address. The six-digit code that arrives is what puts them in, and from then on that address gets them in on any phone or laptop.
If you would rather hand the link over yourself, press Just give me the link and nothing is sent. It works the same way.
Somebody already on your club list
Pick them from Who is it rather than typing their name. That points their sign-in at the person you already have, instead of putting a second version of them on the register.
That includes somebody who already plays and signs in. They keep the sign-in they have, with every score on it, and from then on the code gets them in rather than the link for their box. If they already have a job, the new one is simply added and nothing is sent.
Tap their name under Roles and press Send the invitation again. The link is shown to copy too, so you can send it another way if email is the part that is failing.
Any earlier link stops working, and they stay the one person you already have.
One person, more than one job
The treasurer is often on the committee, and the person who runs the boxes is often the secretary. Tap their name and tick each job they do, and they get everything all of them allow. A job that would add nothing is greyed, with the reason beside it. Taking one away leaves the others alone.
Up to 15 people can help run your club, on every plan, free included. None of them counts towards the members your plan holds. Who may do what is on Who does what.
Taking somebody off
People leave a committee every year. Tap their name under Roles.
Signs them out and keeps their jobs. Use it when a phone goes missing.
Ends the jobs and the sign-in with them.
Nothing they did disappears. The seasons they built, the scores they entered and the trail of who changed what all stay, because it is the club's record rather than theirs.
