Nearly always this is a link or a code that has run out. Your name has not gone anywhere, and nothing you have done is lost.
Find the one below that matches what you are seeing.
The link says it has expired or been replaced
Player links get replaced. When a league issues a new one, the old one stops working that day.
Ask whoever runs your box for the current link. They can send it again in a tap, and it is usually in the group chat too.
The code never arrived
Look in your spam or junk folder. That is where most of them are.
Still nothing? The club may have an old address for you, or none at all. Ask them what they have.
A code only lasts a few minutes. If yours has been sitting there a while, ask for a new one rather than typing the old one again.
It says too many tries
Enough wrong codes and that code dies. Ask for a fresh one and you are back in.
There is a limit on asking, too. Ask a few times in an hour and you wait a while before the next one.
Neither is a ban. They are there to stop somebody guessing their way in.
I am signed in, but it says I am not linked to a player
Your sign-in works. What is missing is the name you play as.
Whoever runs the league sets that. They open your name and say who you play as. Ask them and it takes a moment.
It keeps signing me out on an iPhone
Put it on your home screen first, then sign in. Safari throws away a sign-in made in a tab. It keeps one made in an installed app.
Putting it on your phone takes fifteen seconds and it is the fix for this.
None of those is it
If you are under 18, email sign-in is not open to you. Your club link works exactly as it always has.
Some clubs switch member sign-in off. Then the club link is the only way in, and that is on purpose.
And if your sign-in was removed, whoever runs the league has to invite you again.
Still stuck? Tell us and a person will answer.
