Which kind of tournament should we run?

Four shapes, beside the boxes and the ladder. On every paid plan.

Tournaments sit in Compete too, next to the ladder. They do not belong to a season either: past championships stay there to be read, and the screen is there whether or not anything is running.

Four shapes. A knockout is one draw and you are out when you lose. Championship and plate puts everybody who loses their first match into a second draw underneath, so nobody drives home after an hour. Groups into a knockout plays a group first, scored exactly like a box, and sends the top of each group through. A social night is the odd one out and has its own heading below.

What happens if you drop back to One Box

Every draw, every score and every result stays exactly where it is and stays readable. Making a new tournament, and putting new scores in, is what stops.
