Every plan

Find your club's size, then pick what you run

Every plan is priced on how many members your club has, and nothing else. Not how many boxes you run, not how many people help you run them, and not a penny of what your members pay you.

More than that Bigger than any competition plan holds Tell us your size and we will work it out with you

Neither column is a bigger version of the other, and you can move between them whenever you like: nothing you have built is lost by moving. Prices in GBP, no VAT on top, no card to start One Box or a trial, and cancelling is a button on every plan.

What you get

The same competitions on every paid plan

Nothing in this list is held back for a bigger plan. What a bigger plan holds is more people.

Competitions, on every paid plan

  • As many boxes and seasons as you like, 15 players in a box
  • 8 club ladders, singles or doubles, running all year
  • Tournaments: a seeded draw, a plate and a group stage
  • Promotion and relegation, drafted from the final standings
  • Career stats, every season a player has played
  • Your own sponsor on your league page and on every image you share
  • Up to 15 people running the club, split however you like
  • Your member list, with contact details and a spreadsheet import

What the leagues, ladders and tournaments do.

The whole club adds the membership

  • Everything on the left, at the same size
  • Your membership year, with your own categories and prices
  • Households priced as one payment, and pro-rata part way through
  • A joining link anybody can fill in, straight into the register
  • Renewals that reuse the Direct Debit you already have
  • The subs collected into your club's own bank account, and we take no cut
  • Who has paid, beside every name on the box rosters and the ladder

What the register and the money side do.

One Box is the free one: a single box of up to 15 players, online and shareable, for as long as you want it. No ladders, no tournaments and no sponsor of your own.

Your members' subs

Whatever your club collects is your club's

We take no percentage of any of it, on any plan. The price above is the whole of what we are paid, and it does not move because your club had a good year.

The money never comes near us. Your club opens its own account with GoCardless, the subs go from your member to your club's bank, and your members type their bank details on GoCardless's own page rather than on ours. The membership page has the whole of it.

What we want out of it is a club that is easier to join, with members who keep turning out, because that is the club that renews this next spring without thinking about it.

Before you decide anything

A 14 day trial of everything, no card needed

Not a limited version and not a sales call. A new league opens with everything switched on: every box, every ladder, the championships, the membership register and the money screens. One clock, from the day you create the league.

01

Nothing is locked off

Build 20 boxes, run 8 ladders, put a championship draw up, type your membership categories in and price them. It is the top of both ladders for a fortnight, so you find out what your club actually uses.

02

Nothing to cancel

There is no card and no Direct Debit, so there is nothing to remember to stop. We email you three days before the trial ends, the day before, and on the day, and then it drops to One Box on its own.

03

What you built, you keep

Every season, score, ladder and record made during the fortnight is still there afterwards, whichever plan you land on. A trial that deleted your work would be a demonstration rather than a trial.

One thing you cannot switch on yourself yet. Connecting your club's own GoCardless account is in early access while our partner application is approved, so ask us and we will turn it on for your club. Everything else on the money side works in the trial: your categories, your prices, who owes what, the joining link, renewals and payments you record yourself.

The part most pages leave out

What happens when you stop

Ask this before you buy anything, of us and of everybody else. Here is our answer, on the pricing page, where a committee can read it without asking.

Cancel with a button

At the bottom of your league, named after the plan it is cancelling. No notice period, no fee, and no call where somebody talks you out of it. You keep the plan to the end of the period you have paid for.

Nothing is ever deleted

Your seasons, scores, ladders, draws and member records stay exactly as they are. A cheaper plan changes what you can build next, not what you have built, and coming back later finds it all where you left it.

The export works on every plan

One file, the whole league, including on the free plan and on the way out. It is not a retention feature held back for people who ask twice.

Your members stay yours

The Direct Debit arrangement for your subs is between your club and its members through your club's own account. It is unaffected by anything to do with us, including our going away.

Straight answers

What a committee asks about the money

Which plan is right for our club?

Count the members your club actually has, and find that number in the left-hand column. Everything else follows from it: One Box free up to 15, then Division at £120 up to 125, Premier at £220 up to 250, Championship at £380 up to 500, County at £650 up to 1000.

Every plan keeps your member list, with contact details and the spreadsheet import. What a club plan adds is the membership itself: your own categories and prices, a membership year, households, a joining link, renewals, and the subs collected by Direct Debit into your own bank account. It also adds the court diary, which your own members book on from a phone and no stranger can reach. Pick one on how many members you have. Every one of them carries every competition feature there is, so nothing about your box leagues, ladders or tournaments gets smaller when you take the membership on.

Start on either and move whenever you like. Nothing you have built is lost by moving.

Is there VAT on top?

No. Agentu Ltd is not VAT registered yet, so no VAT is charged and the price on the card is the price. If that ever changes we will tell you before it reaches a bill. The terms say it in the same words.

Our treasurer needs an invoice.

Email us and you will have one. A paid plan is normally a Direct Debit set up through GoCardless, and your bank details are typed on their page rather than ours, so no account number and no card ever touches Clayside. If your club would rather pay another way, that is also an email.

Can we change plan part-way through the year?

Moving up costs the difference between the two plans for the time you have left. Email us and we will sort it out: it is not a button yet.

Moving down, or stopping, is one button and it deletes nothing. Coming off a club plan is the one change we ask you to email about rather than press, because it puts your member records out of reach.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your league drops back to One Box at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted: every season, score, ladder, draw and member record is still there, and the one-file export works on every plan including the free one.

What a cheaper plan takes away is what you can build next, not what you have built. Come back later and it is all where you left it.

We have more members than the biggest plan.

Above 1,000 members it is a conversation rather than a card, and there is no number on this page for it because there is no number that fits every club that size. Email us and we will work it out with you.
