Adding a player is a box column and the words Add a player in it. Every box in the season planner has that field at the bottom: type a name, press Enter, type the next one. They land in that box straight away, and you can drag them to another one or tap the name to move it. A doubles box asks for the partner in the field beside it, and takes the pair once both names are in.
Members is your master player list across every season. Rename someone, or merge two entries if the same person was added twice under slightly different spellings; their whole history moves with the merge.
Player links
From here you can also see who has signed in as which player. You can sign out someone’s phones without removing them, or revoke anyone outright. And you can press Replace link on a box’s player link if it has leaked or the season has moved on. The old link stops working straight away; anybody already signed in stays signed in.
A player link is only offered once its season is live. On a draft it would sign people in to a box they cannot use yet.
If you play in the league yourself, your own name is on that list and it is marked signs in by email. Tapping it takes you to the email sign-in rather than signing you in there and then. That is deliberate. A player link is meant to be posted in a group chat, so anyone who has seen the chat can tap any name on the list. The sign-in that runs the league is not one to hand out that way. The same is true of anyone who helps you run it. Players are unaffected and tap their own name as before.
History and backup
History shows every score ever entered in a box, including corrections and anything cleared. Cleared scores are never really gone, and only the owner can Restore one.
Download backup, in the tools row, downloads the entire league as one file. See Your data.
