A member writes and asks what you hold on them, or asks you to delete it. Under UK data protection law they can, and you have a month to answer. Most of it you can do yourself, in a few minutes.

What they ask, and what you do
Open their name on your members: that record is what your club holds. Read it back, or press Download what we hold for one file with everything. Your data says what is in it.
They can change their own name, email, phone and address on their You screen, with nothing needed from you. The rest is the club's, so it comes to you.
Ask what they mean. Most people mean stop contacting me: take their address off, or mark them as left, and nothing more goes to them.
Remove from the register, on their record, deletes somebody the club has never used. For anybody who has played, paid or signed in, the owner gets two buttons instead.
Take their name off, keep the results is usually the one: they become Former member and their matches stay. Remove them from everything deletes their scores too, so other people's tables change.
Neither can be undone.
Send it on, and do the same if you are not sure which it is. Get in touch with the club's name and what they asked for.
The privacy policy says what we collect and how long we keep it.
Closing the club down
That is the club's decision, not a member's. Email us from the owner's address and say you want the league deleted. We write down the day you asked and the database is destroyed within a month of it.
There is no button for it, on purpose. Take your download first. Once the database is gone we cannot get it back, for you or for anybody.
