How do I arrange a match?

Every match that already has a reason to exist has a Suggest times button on it: a box fixture, a ladder pairing in range, a match in a draw. Pick up to 6 times you could play over the next few weeks and send them.

1. Your times. Tap the days that suit you, then the times on them.
2. One line, if it helps.
3. Tap one and it is agreed. No confirm step: the tap is the confirm.
4. Times back put the same question back to you.
5. Declining costs nothing.

No contact details move, and there are none to move. Nobody has to swap numbers.

Nothing is binding. An agreed time books no court and penalises nobody. If you end up playing another day, just put the score in: the score is what counts, and it closes the arrangement off.

Who can do it

Whoever is playing, and nobody else, including the league owner. A suggestion is one person telling another when they are free, and an organiser typing that would be putting words in somebody's mouth. It is a separate setting from Players can enter their own scores, so members arrange their own matches even where the committee keeps the scores.

Changing it, and asking the whole box

Can make none of the times your box was asked? Send your own. They go to the person who asked as an answer, and the rest of the box can still take one of the first times.

Nobody is down for two matches at once. A time either of you has already agreed for another match cannot be taken, and the app says who is playing then.

Times nobody has answered can be taken back from the screen you changed them on. If they all go by unanswered, you are told the next morning, and suggesting again starts from the same days a week on.

After the match

The morning after an agreed match with no score, both of you are asked for it. On a box, the match reads Played on Tue? with the score as its button, and It did not happen beside it for the evening that fell through.
