How does paying work?

Direct Debit, monthly or yearly. No card details anywhere.

Request support

Every paid plan on both lines is a Direct Debit, taken through GoCardless. Monthly or yearly, on all of them.

Pick your plan, pick monthly or yearly, and authorise it with your bank on GoCardless's own page. Come back to the league and the boxes are unlocked. We never see your bank details.

This is your club paying us. It is not the same thing as your members paying your club.

If you are on a club plan and you collect subs here, that money goes into your club's own GoCardless account, member to club. It never passes through ours. The two are separate connections that share nothing. See Collecting by Direct Debit.

When does the first payment go?

Nothing is taken when you click. Starting the checkout and then closing the tab leaves nothing behind at all.

The first payment goes out once your bank has confirmed the Direct Debit, which usually takes a few working days.

If a payment fails, we get in touch before anything changes. Your bank retries, and a league is not dropped over one bounced collection.

VAT, and an invoice for your treasurer

There is no VAT on top. Agentu Ltd is not VAT registered, so none is charged and the price you saw is the price. If that changes we will tell you before it reaches a bill.

Need an invoice? Email us and you will have one. If your club would rather pay some other way than a Direct Debit, that is an email too.

Cancelling

The Cancel button is in the tools row at the bottom of the league, owner only. It names whichever plan you are on: Cancel Premier, Cancel Division, Cancel Championship, Cancel Club 250.

It stops the Direct Debit and drops the league back to One Box on the spot.

Nothing is deleted. Boxes past the first stop taking new scores, everything is waiting if you come back, and you can set it up again whenever you like.

If the Direct Debit ends at your bank's end instead, the same thing happens.

Cancelling a club plan

The same, and it takes your membership register out of reach with it.

Nothing is deleted here either. Every member, every subscription and every payment stays exactly as it is, and comes straight back if you go back onto a club plan.

It is still worth emailing us first rather than pressing the button, so you know what your club loses sight of on the day.
