What the club sets up
Whoever runs the club presses Set up on the Courts screen. It is five sections along the top, one at a time. Back to the sheet is in the corner, and your phone's own back button lands on the day you came from.
Name each court and say what it is made of, what is played on it and whether it is floodlit or indoor. Each has its own Save, and you can rename one whenever you like.
That is how they read on the sheet and on the confirm. Nothing shows until you fill it in, Outdoor never does, and the game shows only where it is not your club's own.
One line a day, when you open and when you close. Leave a day blank and the club is shut that day.
Underneath, how long a court is booked for, once for the whole week.
Monday to Friday and the weekend, each with an and also row, so a club busy before work and again after it can say both. Leave a row blank if you do not need it.
Peak marks the sheet, caps how many peak bookings one member may hold at once, and keeps an off-peak membership to off-peak hours.
How many days ahead the sheet goes, and how many bookings one member may hold at a time. Today's bookings never count, so a quiet Tuesday is a free-for-all.

Signing in puts the names back. Where members book, you can also untick what they may not book a court for. They then say what each booking is for, and pick the match where it is a league, ladder or tournament one.
If you run the club
Press Put me on the list and type your name once. From then on you book like everybody else.
A booking is a name against a court, and a sign-in called Secretary or League owner is a job rather than a name. If the list already has you, the button will not take that name, because it is somebody else's record. Whoever runs the club points your sign-in at it from the Roles screen.
