Somebody says the table is wrong, and it is right on your phone. Nearly always they are looking at a copy that has not caught up.
The fix, first
Close it and open it again. That is usually the whole thing.
If it is open in a browser tab rather than on the home screen, pull down to refresh.
Why it happens
The app keeps a copy of itself on the phone. That is what lets it open in a second, and open at all when there is no signal.
When we ship a change, the copy updates in the background and the new one is used next time the app starts. So a phone that has been left open for days can be a version behind.
Nothing is wrong with that phone. It just has not been closed.
With no signal
You can still open it and read. The tables, the ladder and the guide are all there.
What you see is the last thing it was told. Numbers will be right up to the moment the signal went.
Entering a score or booking a court needs a connection. Do it when you are back on, rather than typing it in and hoping.
When it is not this
If closing and reopening does not do it, and somebody else sees the same wrong thing on a different phone, then it is not a stale copy. Tell us and say what you were looking at.
