Clayside  ·  The guide  ·  Acting for your child

How do I look after my child’s matches?

Sign in as yourself, then switch to your child from the corner.

Request support

A junior has no sign-in of their own. You sign in as yourself, with your own email address, and look after them from there.

Switching to your child

Tap your name in the corner. Each child in your household is listed under You. Tap one and the app is theirs: their matches, their record, their details.

A bar across the top says Acting for and their name, so you always know whose screen it is. Back to me on that bar takes you back to your own.

What you can do for them

  • Arrange their matches, and answer the times somebody offers them.
  • Enter and confirm their scores.
  • Keep their details up to date.
  • Read their notices in the bell.

At 18 they can have a sign-in of their own. Until they use it, and for up to a year, you can still switch to them, and the bar says so.

Your child is not listed

Your club links you when it puts you on the register as their parent or guardian, or when you fill in their joining form. Not there? Ask whoever runs the club to add you to your child’s record.

Came in on a player link? The app asks for a code sent to your email first. That proves it is you, and it asks once on that phone.
