Bring your players in from a spreadsheet and set up the first league. A walkthrough runs on practice data first, then tidies itself away.
Nobody's number goes round
Players never see each other's phone or email, juniors included; only the officers you choose do. The club's data is held in the EU, run from the UK, and downloadable whole on any plan.
Ask, and a person answers
Email a question while you set the club up or halfway through the season, and a person answers, not a bot. That help is free on every plan.

One name at the top of the league page and at the foot of every result picture players post in the group. On the Club plan it is yours to sell, to the shop that strings your rackets or a business down the road. It can cover the plan, and we take no cut. On the free plan it is ours.

What badminton clubs ask first
Does it run our county league?
The league runs the league. Clayside raises your side for each fixture, and your captain enters the result in JustGo as the league asks. Want the result sent there for you? Tell us and we will build it.
We use JustGo now. How hard is it to move?
Not hard. Bring your members over from a spreadsheet, start with the teams or the league, and move the rest when it suits you. Your club's affiliation to Badminton England stays where it is. We help you through it, and a person answers when you ask.
Does it replace club night?
No. Club night stays exactly as it is. The league and the badminton ladder give the keen ones something that carries from one week to the next, with no ladder template or peg board to keep up.
Can it collect our per-night fee?
Not yet. Today it collects annual subs by Direct Debit and records cash and transfers beside them. If your club wants the night’s money collected too, tell us how you charge and we will build it with you.
What about the 3x15 scoring change?
Both are in. Play to 21 this season and start the next one on 3x15 when your league switches.
Do players need an app or an account?
No. A link on their phone, their name to tap and no password.
Is there a free badminton league app?
Every competition on Clayside is free for ever for a club of up to 300 members, if you join while the offer is open: as many boxes and seasons as you like, 8 club ladders, the championships, club nights, promotion and relegation, and career records. Nothing is held back for a bigger plan. A bigger club moves to the Club plan: £300 a year or £30 a month for up to 800 members. That plan runs your membership, the subs and the court diary too.
