Email us while you set the venue up and once the leagues are running, and a person replies. It costs nothing, and managed setup is there if you would rather hand the setting up over.

What padel clubs ask first
We use Playtomic now. How hard is it to move?
Not hard. Bring your players over from a spreadsheet, start with a league or a night, and move the rest when it suits you. We help you through it, and a person answers when you ask.
Does it take payment for courts?
Not yet. Members book courts on a club plan today, with no money taken. If you want court fees and visitor bookings in the same place as your leagues, tell us and we will build it with you.
How does a padel box league work?
Pairs of a similar level go in a box and play every other pair once, booking the court between them. Players put their own scores in, the table moves, and at the end the top pairs go up and the bottom pairs come down. The box league rules template is free to copy for your noticeboard. What is the difference between an americano and a mexicano?
An americano gives everyone a new partner each round, and nobody partners the same player twice while there is someone new. A mexicano deals the partners off the table after each round, so the leaders meet the leaders.
How do open matches find the right level?
Every box, ladder, tournament and club night result a player has at the club builds their level. When they post a game in Find a game, players around that level see it first. Levels are the club’s own and are never shown on a public page.
Do players need an app or an account?
No. A link on their phone, their name to tap and no password.
Is there free padel league software?
Every competition on Clayside is free for ever for a club of up to 300 members, if you join while the offer is open: as many boxes and seasons as you like, 8 club ladders, the championships, club nights, promotion and relegation, and career records. Nothing is held back for a bigger plan. A bigger club moves to the Club plan: £300 a year or £30 a month for up to 800 members. That plan runs your membership, the subs and the court diary too.
