How do I send the week’s tables to the club?

The week’s box league for the club’s WhatsApp group, in two taps.

Request support

The round-up is the week's box league, ready for your club's WhatsApp group: a message, and a picture of each table. You no longer screenshot the tables one by one.

  1. Open itOn Boxes, press Round-up on the season line.
  2. Copy the messageIt is written for you, with your club's name at the top.
  3. Send the picturesPick WhatsApp, then your club's group, and paste the message in with them.

What goes in it

  1. Every box you run, all of them to start. Tap one to leave it out.
  2. Three things you can leave out. This week is the scores entered in the last seven days, so a match played a fortnight ago and entered on Saturday is this week's news. Somebody climbed if they are higher than before those scores. A first match is not a climb.
  3. The message, word for word as it will land. It has the week's results, each box and who leads it, who climbed, and a link to the tables.
  4. A cover and a picture of each box, with your club's name across the top and your sponsor at the foot. Or the same pictures as a PDF, a page each. On a computer they go to your downloads, and you attach them in WhatsApp.

Nothing is posted for you. It goes from your own phone, so the group sees it come from you.

Who can send it

Anybody who can edit a box. A box admin sends the boxes they run, and the owner and the competitions manager can send all of them. Players never see the button.

The Sunday reminder

Every other Sunday evening of the season, the owners and the competitions manager get a notice:

The round-up is ready to send

Tap it and the round-up opens. It comes on the season's second Sunday, its fourth, its sixth and so on, and only if a score was entered that week. A box admin is not sent it.

It never piles up. Leave one unopened and the next waits until you open it.

To stop it, open your own page. Turn off The round-up under What buzzes for your phone, or under What we email you for email. If the owner turns off your Competitions email, the round-up email stops with it. See Notifications.
