Finals day
Under the tournament's settings there is an order of play: pick the matches, in order, and put a time against the ones you have decided. Leave a time blank for "and then". It reads across all your events, because that is how a club publishes one. The list starts at the final, since that is the end of the day you are writing.
You can put the plate on it before the plate exists. A plate is made of first-round losers, so how big it is depends on results and it cannot be drawn until they are in. Rather than leave it off the list, pick Plate final or Plate semi-finals. The line names the round and nobody in particular, which is exactly what a club publishes a week early. It stays on the list, unchanged, once the plate is drawn.
It goes up on the page for everybody, and it copies out as a picture for the noticeboard and the group chat. There are no courts on it, deliberately: clubs sort those out on the morning and a printed guess is wrong by ten o'clock.
