Everybody who helps run your club holds a job, and each job is a set of things they may do. Nobody needs a password for any of them.

Own box and Own team mean only the boxes or sides you give that person. You name them when you invite them, and you can change them later.
The owner and the players
- Owner. Everything, including the plan and who does which job. There is always at least one, and there can be more. A club address works well here, because it keeps working when the person behind it changes.
- Player. None of the jobs above. A player enters their own scores, confirms or queries one an opponent entered, and arranges their own matches. They sign in with a player link or their email (see Signing in).
Why give somebody a narrower job
The person who runs the championships is often not the person who runs the league. Making them an owner hands them the plan and the money as well. A tournament manager or a box admin can do their part and nothing else.
Box admins need more than one box to run. On One Box you are already running the only one, so there is nobody to appoint.

Running it and playing in it
You can do both. Anyone you add as an owner or a helper joins the club’s player list under the name you typed. That way they can be put in a box and get notices for their own matches. A name already on the list is used rather than added twice.
To change it, tap the person’s name in Roles: Plays as is under On the club list. Yours is in Settings as well. Not a player suits a second owner on a committee address. One name can only have one sign-in behind it.
Inviting somebody
Go to Club, then Roles. Press Invite somebody, or Add somebody on a job’s own card, which picks the job for you. Then Who is it. Invite emails them a link. Just give me the link sends nothing and shows you the link to hand over. A box admin can also be chosen on the box itself, in Edit players.
The screen is a card for each job with whoever does it. A job nobody does yet has a dashed edge. Tap a name to see their jobs, their boxes or sides, whether they have signed in, and the button that takes their jobs away. Invitations lists every one still waiting.
Everybody who helps run the club shares one allowance of places, owners included. The top of Roles says how many are used.
