Clubhouse is the first tab on Home, and where Home opens. It shows what the whole club has played in the last 14 days, so you no longer open every box to find out.
- The tab. Home opens here. Jobs and Your game show a red count when something is waiting for you.
- The best of the fortnight. Up to 6, each led by who did it, and yours first. Tap a name to open the box, ladder or draw.
- Say well played. The player hears about the first one. Everybody else is counted on the card.
- Every result. The latest are under the cards, labelled when a match has a card too. Show all opens the whole fortnight, a day at a time, with a filter for each competition and one for your own.
What makes a story
A player 3 or more places down the ladder wins. In a box, a clear gap in level, where your club shows levels. Going top of the ladder gets a card too.
A win after losing the first set.
A final, its champion, and who won a social night. Nothing before the final.
When every match is played or the season ends, with who goes up. Winning every match is a clean sweep.
A first win, 5 in a row, a 10th, 25th, 50th or 100th match, beating whoever won last time, or a singles rivalry kept close.
One line per result, under the cards and in the full fortnight.
Every Monday
At 10am on Monday a notice says how the club’s week went: the matches, the upsets and the best story. It adds a line about you, like a match you still have to play. A quiet week sends nothing. Turn it off under What buzzes, as Clubhouse. It is never emailed.
Keeping your results off it
Open You, then Clubhouse, and press Keep my results off Clubhouse. Your matches leave it for everybody. They stay in your box and ladder tables, because those are the club’s own noticeboard. A parent signed in for their child can do the same for them.
