Can we change our club’s name or address?

The name is yours to change. The web address is the awkward one.

Request support

Two different things, and only one of them is yours to change.

The club's name

Yours, and it takes a moment. Club settings is in the corner menu, under your own name, and Club name is the first field on it.

Change it and it changes everywhere at once: the top of the app, your emails, the tables you share, the page a stranger sees.

Nothing else moves. Every season, every result and every member stays exactly where it was.

The web address

Not yours, and this is the awkward one. Your club's address was set when the league was created and there is no button that changes it.

That is deliberate rather than a gap. The address is on a certificate, it is in your members' phones as an installed app, and it is in every link you have ever sent. Changing it quietly would break all three.

So we do it, by hand, and we talk to you first about what it means. Get in touch and say what you want it to be.

It is worth doing if the name was wrong from the start. It is rarely worth doing for a tidier spelling.

What we will ask

Whether anybody has the old address installed on a phone, and roughly how many. Whether it is on your club website or a noticeboard. When your season ends, because between seasons is the quiet time to do it.

Merging with another club

Two clubs becoming one is not a rename and there is no button for it either. Get in touch before you do anything, and before either club's season ends.
