ClubSpark is the LTA's club platform: court booking, membership, your club website, coaching programmes, events and payments. For an LTA-registered venue it costs nothing.
Running an internal box league is not on its published feature list. That is the whole gap, and it is why plenty of ClubSpark clubs write their box rules on a ClubSpark page and then keep the actual table in a spreadsheet. Nothing has to be joined up: put a link on your ClubSpark page and members follow it the same way they follow anything else.

ClubSpark describes itself as an all-in-one sports booking and club management platform, and its club software page lists six modules: booking, membership, website, CRM, coaching and events.
It is free to LTA-registered venues and LTA Accredited coaches. Otherwise its published pricing starts at £15 a month billed annually, or £18 monthly, for up to 150 members. There is no reason to move off it and we are not asking you to.
Clayside runs your club's internal box leagues and one all-year club ladder. Players enter their own scores from a link in their box group chat, their opponent confirms, and the standings update themselves.
It does not book courts, take subscriptions, hold your membership list or send anything to your members. There is no membership list here to hold: a player is a name, and that is the entire record.

Straight answer
Keep ClubSpark exactly as it is. It stays your website, your booking diary, your membership list and your payments, and none of that moves.
Put your box leagues on Clayside and link to them from your ClubSpark page, the same way clubs already link out for other things. One ClubSpark club we found links its ladder page straight out to a separate tool and collects sign-ups on a Google Form, which is the gap being filled by hand.
Nothing needs to be integrated, and nothing needs to be exported from one to the other. We do not need your membership list, your members' email addresses or your court diary, so there is no data to keep in step between the two.
The other side of it
One thing to be honest about: this is a second thing to pay for, on top of a platform your club very likely already has for free.
The trade is £75 a year for three boxes, or £150 for 10, against an hour a week of somebody's evening. Some clubs will decide that is not worth making, and if your league is running well on a spreadsheet and the person running it is happy, they are right.
If your club has never used software for boxes, the thing you are actually comparing Clayside with is not ClubSpark. It is the spreadsheet somebody is keeping, and that is the comparison worth reading.

Not on its published feature list. ClubSpark's club software page names six modules, and they are booking, membership, website, CRM, coaching and events. The LTA's own page about ClubSpark describes the same set and does not mention internal leagues, boxes or ladders. If your club admin can see something we cannot, tell us and we will correct this page.
No, and you should not. They do different jobs. ClubSpark books your courts, takes your subscriptions and hosts your website. Clayside runs the internal leagues your members read the table for. Clubs run both, and there is nothing to connect between them.
No. A player in Clayside is a name and nothing else: no email address, no phone number, no membership number and no password. The only addresses we hold are your league owners', so that they can sign in.

Yes. Your league is a web address of your own, like yourclub.clayside.app, and every box has a link that opens without a sign-in. Put it wherever your members already look, on your ClubSpark page or in a group chat, and it stays current on its own.
Your box players, in the group chat they already have. There is no announcement to send from Clayside and no invitation for anyone to accept, because we hold no addresses to send anything to. One link per box is the whole rollout.
No. Those are how your club talks to itself and they stay. Clayside is where the score goes and where the table lives, and the link to it is the thing that gets pasted into the group.
