None of it is written down
Two years of Tuesday nights and no record of any of them. Nobody knows who has come on, so grading a new member is guesswork and balancing a session is a favour somebody does from memory.
“When are we doing a league?”
You get asked most weeks. You already know what the answer costs: a spreadsheet only you can edit, a WhatsApp thread nobody can find a score in, and your Sunday night.
How it works
You set it up once. After that it is your players.
Name the season, say how many boxes and whether each is singles or doubles, type the names in. Every fixture appears the moment a roster is saved. Then you paste one link into the group chat, and you are done being the referee.
Your players, every week, without you
Players enter scores, their opponent confirms
They tap the link in the group, tap their name, and they are in. No account, no password, nothing to install, and it works on whatever phone they already have.
Walk off court, put the score in. Their opponent gets asked to confirm, and until they do, it counts for nothing. Nobody has to take anyone's word for it, and you are not the referee.
Forgot to confirm? After three days it confirms itself. That is the nagging job gone too.

The table moves on its own
The moment a score is confirmed the standings recalculate: points, bonus games, head to head, game difference, the lot. Anyone with the link reads every box, every result, every season. No login just to look.
So “what's the table?” stops being a question. It is a link, it is always right, and nobody had to crop a screenshot to answer it.

Scored the way pickleball is scored
Not tennis with the words changed. The season is set to a pickleball format, and every score is checked against what that format can actually produce.
A game is a game
11-9 is a win. 11-10 is a game still going, and it is refused. Past the target you win by exactly two, so 13-11 goes in and 13-10 never happened.
Doubles, with the partner you picked
A doubles box is pairs. You choose your partner when the box is rostered and play together all season, on the same sheet and with the same confirmations. Singles and doubles boxes run side by side.
Play everyone twice
A best of three to 11 is over in half an hour. A box of five playing everyone once is four matches in a month, which is not much of a season. Set the box to play everyone twice and it is eight, both meetings kept apart on the same sheet.
Games that did not finish
Somebody pulls out, somebody tweaks an ankle at 8-6. Record it as a walkover or a retirement, the points land where they should, and nobody has to invent a score to make the table work.
All year round
And a rating, from the first match
Boxes give your club a good month and then a gap. The ladder covers the rest of the year: every member on one list, a rating beside every name, and it starts telling you something after a fortnight.
A minute to start, nothing to keep
Press start and everybody already in a box is on it. Anyone you add to a box later joins without being asked, so there is no second list to keep up to date.
Then it runs the way your boxes do. Two players sort a match out between themselves, one records the score and the other confirms it. Both ratings move as they walk off court, and every match says what it was worth.
Nobody has to understand the maths to enjoy it. Win, go up. Beat somebody good, go up a lot. Part of Full League.

The things pickleball clubs ask first
Can we run doubles?
Yes. A doubles box is pairs rather than players: you choose your partner when the box is rostered and stay together for the season. Everything else is identical, and a club can run a singles box and a doubles box in the same season.
Does it run our open play night?
No, and it is not trying to. Open play is a rotation that lasts an evening. This is a league that lasts a month or a season, played on court time your members sort out between themselves. Most clubs run both, and the league is what gives the improvers somewhere to go.
Does it feed DUPR?
No. The rating here is your club’s own. Everybody starts on 1200, it moves on the first match rather than after a qualifying run, and it costs nothing to have. If your players want a national number as well, they carry on logging those matches wherever they log them now.
Do players need an app or an account?
Neither. They tap the link in your group chat, tap their name, and they are in. It works on whatever phone they already have, and there is no password to reset for somebody who plays once a fortnight.
We play more than one sport. Does that work?
A league runs one sport at a time, so a club that plays pickleball and badminton runs a league for each, and each one is billed separately. Within a league you can run as many boxes as your plan allows, singles and doubles side by side.
What does it cost?
One box of up to 12 players is free, for as long as you want it, and it is the whole product rather than a trial of it. A full league is £150 a year or £15 a month: 6 boxes, promotion and relegation, career records and the club ladder. See what is in each.
